The WLI provides one of the best professional development and networking opportunities for higher education women. The theme, programming and skills building differs each year. This year’s theme is The Sacred Awakening: (Re)imagining Women of Colors’ Leadership for a New Era. When women awaken, communities rise. Join the power of sisterhood to reclaim connections, strengths, and sovereignty to lead the legacy of women of color. Engage outstanding women leaders from different fields and engage to recall, restore, and reignite the spirit of courageous women and provide pathways for women leaders of the future. Supporting Rising Scholars & Justice Impacted Student

Join Dr.Trevor Brackett-Lambey in this session that brings together educators, administrators, counselors, and campus partners in a collective call to action to create, strengthen, and sustain meaningful pathways for Rising Scholars and justice-impacted students. Rooted in equity-centered practice, the discussion challenges institutions to move beyond access alone and toward building holistic systems of care, belonging, and academic momentum for students navigating the intersection of education and the justice system.

Aligned with Vision 2030, this call to action centers the critical work of eliminating equity gaps for historically underrepresented student populations by confronting structural barriers, reimagining campus support services, and uplifting culturally responsive, student-affirming strategies that promote persistence, success, and transformative outcomes across campus communities.

Mental Health for Black Males, Decolonizing the Seven Layers of Self Professional Development Institute
Registration - $500
March 4, 2026, 9:00am-4:00pm
Led by Dr. Chase Moore, founder of the Pan-African Wellness Center and author of "Umoja Rising: Decolonizing the Seven Layers of Self," this transformative 3-hour workshop empowers school leadership teams, counselors, instructors, and service coordinators to move beyond traditional mental health frameworks and embrace a psychospiritual liberative approach to supporting Black male students.

Cancellation Policy
By completing the registration process, you are agreeing to pay the full summit registration fee. In the event that you need to cancel, your cancellation request will need to be submitted in writing to reg@execuconnect.org on or before January 9. 2026 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per attendee. After January 9, 2026, all cancellations will incur the complete registration fee.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be offered on cancellations made on or after January 9, 2026. In the event a registrant does not show for the event and the full amount due has not been paid, the registrant/ institution will be billed and held responsible for full payment. Substitutions are welcome and may be made in writing up to 12:00 PM on Feb 25, 2026, without penalty.
