The Queendom: A Sanctuary for Black Women Who Lead
Registration - $500
March 3, 2027, 9:00am-4:00pm
Leadership asks a great deal of Black women. We are often expected to carry institutions, mentor others, navigate complexity, and produce extraordinary results while quietly managing the unique pressures that accompany our identities. The Queendom is intentionally designed as a space where Black women no longer have to explain, translate, or minimize their experiences.
This immersive pre-conference sanctuary goes beyond traditional leadership development to cultivate authentic connection, collective wisdom, personal restoration, and strategic empowerment among Black women leaders across higher education. Through courageous conversations, reflective practice, storytelling, and practical leadership strategies, participants will explore how to lead with conviction without sacrificing well-being, build meaningful communities of support, navigate institutional realities with clarity and confidence, and embrace leadership that is both impactful and sustainable.
Grounded in sisterhood and shared experience, The Queendom is more than a professional development session, it is a community where Black women leaders are affirmed, equipped, and reminded that they do not have to lead alone.
Included (Wednesday activities only):
-
Continental Breakfast and Lunch
